1. Minimum order may be required. Please inquire.
2. Up to 15% over-run on some orders due to hide yield. This is within typical industry standards.
3. All orders will be acknowledged by Interior Surfaces, Inc. and our acknowledgement shall supercede all prior written and oral communications regarding any order.
4. Once in production, an order may not be cancelled.
5. Once in production, an order that is changed is subject to a restocking charge of up to a 30%.
6. 50% deposit with Purchase Order. Balance required prior to shipment. Credit terms, although not the norm, can be arranged for those purchasers whose credit has been approved by our accounting department.
7. On occasion, due to the irregularity of hide sizes, there is a difference in the number of square feet actually shipped (not applicable to tile)
8. Please inspect all leather before cutting. Cut leather will not be considered for return.
9. Prices are based upon domestic and international markets as well as highly-skilled labor costs. Cost increases beyond our control may cause us to adjust our pricing without prior notice.
10. All prices are FOB New York. Shipments are carefully packaged and shipped best way unless you specify a specific shipper.

Warranty

Our leather and our leather tile is guaranteed for grain, grade and quality and is expressly what we say it is. Color match may vary slightly, due to the nature of leather. Leather is not guaranteed against fading, shrinkage or cracking through exposure to the sun, the elements, other abnormal wear or improper care. It is important to understand that even the cleanest, highest-grade hides will show some imperfections. There is no such thing as a perfect cowhide, nor should there be.
